How to Type Right-to-Left (RTL) in Windows Apps
Simple keyboard shortcuts to align text to the right in Notepad, Word, and Browsers
Press Right Ctrl + Right Shift (the Ctrl and Shift keys to the right of your Spacebar).
The cursor instantly jumps to the right margin with natural RTL text flow. (Press Left Ctrl + Left Shift to switch back to LTR).
Right-click anywhere inside the Notepad editing area and select "Right to left reading order" from the context menu.
Click the Right-to-Left Text Direction icon (ΒΆ with a left arrow β) in the Home toolbar, or press Ctrl + R / Right Ctrl + Right Shift.
Web input fields with dir="rtl" (such as RohingyaHub and social media) automatically align to the right margin.
